In 2016, the former DONG changed its name to Ørsted, as the old name didn’t fit the massive transformation the company had gone through from being and oil and gas company to a global company running on green energy.

Thus, as a result the employer branding followed suit. We helped copy write a new employer brand core story that combined Ørstes purpose with power, ambition, innovation and development. The core story acted as a foundation for a creative employer branding campaign with messages tailored to Ørsteds target groups and a career fair soothing with new energy and spark.
